  • Not at all. Whether you have a full vision or just a fuzzy idea, I’ll guide you through the process. We’ll work together to clarify your goals and translate them into something real, strategic, and beautifully designed.

  • I build websites using modern, intuitive platforms like Squarespace, Showit, and Pixpa, depending on your needs, industry, and budget. I’ll recommend the platform that makes the most sense for your goals, no tech knowledge required on your end.

  • Timeline depends on scope — a brand identity may take 2–3 weeks, while a full website might take 4–6 weeks. You’ll always get an estimated timeline during the proposal phase, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Yes! All of my sites are built with user-friendly platforms like Squarespace and Wix, and I offer optional live walkthroughs and documentation so you feel confident making updates on your own. I also offer support add-ons if you’d prefer help down the road.

  • That’s totally fine. I offer à la carte services as well as full packages. Just reach out with what you need, and I’ll build a plan that fits.

Payment FAQs

  • All design projects are prepaid in full. Once we agree on scope, you’ll receive an invoice via QuickBooks. Your payment secures your spot on my schedule and covers the agreed deliverables.

  • For multi-phase projects over $5,000, I offer a 50 % deposit / 50 % before launch structure. Everything under $5 K is due upfront.

  • You’ll create and own your own account with the platform we choose. I’ll guide you through purchase and setup, then you add me as an admin so I can build your site. This keeps billing and ongoing ownership completely in your control.

  • Yes, but only under a one-year prepay arrangement. I’ll invoice the exact subscription cost plus an administration fee, purchase it on your behalf, and transfer ownership at launch. Renewal is your responsibility after the first year.

  • Yes. Any work outside the original scope is quoted, invoiced, and paid in full before that add-on begins.

  • I offer maintenance and support plans billed monthly, or you can request one-off updates at my current hourly rate. Either option is invoiced in advance.

  • Because all work is custom and time-based, payments are non-refundable. Clear milestones, approvals, and open communication keep surprises to a minimum.

  • I accept payments via QuickBooks Payments (credit/debit), ACH bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. All invoices are due within seven days of issue unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
